Translation Please?

Ok.  Need your help on something.  I need to send a letter to a gentleman in Germany.  While I remember the sentence structure (took Honors in High School), I've forgotten the language.  I've place a call to this guys Admin (very proud of myself for remembering pronounciation) for the guy's address (gave my email so she/he doesn't have to call internationally).  I will need to translate the letter my boss gave me.  When I'm finished, are there any German speaking/reading Admins out there who would like to read it and make sure I didn't put a wrong word or unlaute in the wrong place.  Basically I'm asking if anyone would like to voluntee to read the letter to make sure it's ledgeble for this person?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
