Last year was my year of surviving.  This year is my year of ACTION!  I'm interested in your thoughts and ideas for a good online program.  It's been since the early '80's that I've been in school and then I only accomplished about a year's worth of credits toward an Associate's degree, so I will need to do the whole gambit.  I'll be looking for financial aid, grants, etc., as well.

Thanks ahead of time for all your thoughts!!!

I've heard University of Phoenix advertised on tv for internet courses.  I don't know anything about them myself but good luck and you probably can check out their website for info.

I've also heard of U of Phoenix - they're supposed to be top of the line.

I'm going to night school . . . I prefer the hands on approach, because I know myself, and I don't believe I have the willpower to do it all online.

Good luck FMG!

My sister is just completing her Assoc. Degree in an accelerated program from Ohio Dominican in Columbus.  They recommended U. of Phoenix to her as an excellent resource for on-line education and degree.

Last year I was looking into distance learning and found a book "Distance Degrees," which is full of information.  Lists the colleges/universities, the types of programs that are available, costs, requirements, etc.

For more information on Univ of Phoenix to to www.uophx.edu/online

Thanks for the input!  I also, have heard of U of Phoenix and have requested information from them.  I will keep my ears open for any other colleges but it's good to know that U of Phoenix is an excellent choice, and may be the one I go with.

Thanks Again!!
