Several years ago when I was working with ex-boss from heck, I attended an AMA 2-day training on Partnering with Your Boss. At the time I was completely unable to partner with my boss, training or not, but now I'm wishing I had the materials that came with that training course, because maybe there's hope yet for me and new boss. Does anyone have whatever books/handouts for this (that I could borrow) or can you recommend something else that covers the same topics? New boss is not, to say the least, an open book, and I need all the thinking, planning and training I can lay my hands on.
