To clarify what I meet by poor formatting on the envelope, my mailing address is a P.O. Box.  Whoever typed the eveloped put my Box and street address on the same line separated by a comma.  



ie:      P.O. Box XX, XXXX Main Street

         Smalltown, VA XXXX
